Prices and Delivery Charges

All orders worth AED 200 and above (excluding VAT) are delivered free of charge. Any order below AED 200 (excluding VAT) will be charged a fixed delivery fee of AED 20.

Item prices displayed at the time orders are placed will be applicable.

Delivery Schedule

We offer delivery within 2 days through our courier partners in UAE to all areas except what is detailed in the Remote Delivery Areas and Non-Delivery Areas below.

Orders placed on Thursdays or before Public Holidays will be delivered the day after the holiday, when work resumes.

Please note: Backstores LLC reserves the right to deliver on a different schedule, depending on multiple circumstances. On the checkout page, a message will appear informing our clients of the expected delivery dates of certain orders at certain times.

Delivery Terms

Backstores reserves the right to withhold the delivery of any products to you for any reason whatsoever. You will not be charged for products that have been withheld until those products are either picked up by you (if we permit) or alternative delivery arrangements are made.

“Delivery Point” means an outside area of the premises at the address specified by you on your order, such as your front door. If the premises are a multi-level building, the Delivery Point shall be located on the ground floor of such building.

Deliveries will be made to the Delivery Point. If the delivery person brings the products inside the premises, beyond the Delivery Point, at the request of you, or other person accepting delivery of the products on your behalf we will not be liable for any direct or indirect damage or loss (including in negligence) suffered by you or any third party in doing so. In addition, you indemnify Backstores for any direct or indirect damage or loss (including in negligence) that that we or our delivery person incurs, as a result the actions or inaction of you, or any other person accepting delivery of the products on your behalf, which results in any third party claim arising out of or in connection with any deliveries brought beyond the Delivery Point.

Backstores shall be entitled to assume that any person accepting delivery of the products is authorised to do so on your behalf.

You will ensure that their Delivery Point is easily accessible to Backstores’ delivery person, and that it is safe for the delivery person to enter your premises in order to complete the delivery. If, in the delivery person’s reasonable opinion, the Delivery Point is not easily accessible, or it is unsafe to deliver the products, the delivery will not be made, and you will be contacted to make alternative arrangements. Backstores reserves the right to charge an additional Delivery Charge in respect of any deliveries repeated in accordance with this clause. If alternative arrangements acceptable to Backstores are not reached, you will be deemed to have cancelled the order.

If for any reason we are not able fulfill the order in the chosen delivery time we will inform you via SMS or email and you will be able to choose a different delivery time and/or date.

Notwithstanding any other term, Backstores will not be liable for failure to deliver on a timely basis, whether the delay has been due to causes beyond the control of Backstores or otherwise.

If no person is present at the Delivery Point at the time of delivery, or you or any other person fails or refuses to take delivery of the products, the products will be left at the Delivery Point and be deemed to have been delivered at that point in time.

Property and risk in the products shall pass to you on delivery to the Delivery Point.

Non-Delivery Areas and Zones

We do not deliver to the following areas.

Western Region: Habshan – Remote (Military area), Al taff, Bid Khabbab, Etihad rail, Umm Al Ashtan, Moreeb Hills, Zarrarah, Delma Islad, Ashoosh Ghantoot truck Road, Saif Zone SHJ, Zirkūh Island Abu Dhabi, Das Island Abu Dhabi, Bu Ghar, Qareen Al Aish, Arada, Al Hilew, mukhayriz, Al birer.

Remote Delivery Areas

For those areas, please note the delivery days.

  • Dubai Far area

  • Alain Far area Every Wednesday: Al Wagon, Al Sahra, Al Bhuqriya, Al Qua, Truck Road, Nael cement factory
  • Every Thursday: Nahel, Swaihan, Al Saad, Abu Shamrah / Abu samra, Al Rama / Ramha, Al Khasna / Al khazna, Al Hair, Al Shuaib, Al faqa, Swaihaan
  • Abu Dhabi Far area (Western Region) Area and Zone –
  • Sunday: Salam City Workers Area, Hamim, Liwa,Mezaira’a,Khannur, Kayyam,Umm hosn, Qasar Al Sarab.
  • Monday: Ghayathi, Bainuna, BIDA AL Mutawa.
  • Tuesday: Ruwais, Jebel Dhanna, Sri Baniyas.
  • Wednesday: Madinat Zayed – Gharbia – Beda zayed, Bu hasa – Remote.
  • Thursday: Tarif, Al Mirfa, Al Dabiya , Al Marfa, Saih Sheib – Al Fayah Truck Rd.
  • Saturday: Gheweifat Remote, Sila.

Incorrectly or undelivered products

If any product delivered does not correspond with a product ordered, you may:

(i) keep the incorrectly-delivered product, in which case no adjustment will be made to the payment due from you for the order containing the incorrect product; or

(ii) reject the incorrectly-delivered product, in which case we will, at your request, either replace that product with the product that was originally ordered, or refund the value of the product that was originally ordered (as at the date on which the product was ordered). If you choose to reject an incorrectly-delivered product, we will collect the incorrectly-delivered product from you. If you are unable, or refuse, to deliver up the product when requested, you will be charged for that product.

If you have been charged for a product that has not been delivered, if the product is in stock, we will, at your request, re-deliver that product at no extra charge. Alternatively, you may cancel the order of such product (or if the product is out of stock we may cancel the order for that product) (in each case without incurring any cancellation fee), and we will refund the value of the relevant product (as at the date on which the product was ordered).

Return and Refund:

(i) Only items that have not been opened/tampered with/expired/damaged are returnable within 7 calendar days (“Valid Returns”).

(ii) Perishable Items such Food Products are non-returnable, non-refundable.

(iii) If you requesting a refund due to the products being defective we will schedule a time of delivery of the products and collect them.

(iv) For Valid Returns, customers will be refunded the full amount of the products either via cash or credit card in the original mode of payment; If you have paid through electronic means (Credit or Debit card), the paid amount will be refunded to your card. The amount paid may take up to a month to reflect in your card statement, depending on individual’s bank process.

(v) Original receipts must be presented;

(vi) Delivery fees in relation to the products are non-refundable unless the products are defective.
